CPP’s mission is to foster a vibrant, safe, connected, and diverse Columbia Pike community. We exist to be the convening body representing the interests of all those who live, work and visit Columbia Pike.

In addition to the projects that take place near or within Arlington Heights, there are County-wide policies, plans and standards that lay the groundwork for all projects.

Columbia Pike is a boundary, a major transportation route and the primary commercial corridor for Arlington Heights. While many of these projects won’t affect land that is technically in Penrose, the changing face of the Pike still has a major effect on the neighborhood.
