Career Center presentation from AHCA Meeting

Thanks to everyone who came out to last night’s AHCA meeting. It was a great turnout and a lively conversation regarding the Career Center use permit. I have attached a copy of APS’ presentation from yesterday below. You can also find a link to the presentation here:

At the meeting last night neighbors raised a wide-range of concerns regarding the Career Center proposal. Some of the concerns focused on the lack of green space in the use permit; the number of buildings remaining in the use permit; the amount of parking spaces in the parking garage; environmental standards for the building; sidewalk widths; fence height at 7th and Highland; the lack of a regulation sized field; and the overall vision for the project.
